We ask that all selections or modifications are finalized before signing the purchase agreement to ensure clarity and confidence for everyone involved. With everything defined upfront, there’s no ambiguity—both sides know exactly what’s going into the home, allowing for a smoother, faster build with no mid-project decisions or change orders. While it requires a bit more focus upfront, this approach makes the construction process much easier and less stressful for our customers

Before your contract was signed, we dedicated extra time to finalize every detail, so our team already has everything needed to bring your vision to life. Visiting too often can sometimes lead to unnecessary worry since construction is a work in progress and can look messy or incomplete until finished.
